ERNIE II, (Electronic Rating Network Information Exchange), is our own electronic network system. ERNIE II software runs on the agent's computer and allows an agent to do the following:

• Prepare and print estimates
• Register shipments
• Print bills of lading
• Access Agency Directory and Manual
• Receive updated traffic bulletin board listing available tonnage
• Van assignments

ERNIE II also encompasses an e-mail system that links all agents to one another, as well as to Wheaton's corporate office. All an agent needs is access to the Internet. Wheaton's ERNIE II software has revolutionized how an agent interacts with its carrier.
