Annual Partnership Conference

Regional Meetings

  • Held in three regions of the country and all agents are invited to attend
  • Educational seminars and a featured guest speaker educates audiences on topics relevant to the relocation industry
  • Excellent opportunity for agents to interact with their peers, as well as acquaint themselves with Wheaton's team

Driver Training and Orientation School

  • Intensive three-day course covering all aspects of Wheaton and the industry
  • No charge to the agent for this program
  • Conducted four times per year. Additional classes scheduled as needed

Sales Training

  • Periodic sales schools - both National Account and COD
  • Video and audio cassette training tapes
  • Regional meetings with sales workshops held each spring throughout the country
  • On-site visitation and sales assistance from Wheaton corporate staff

Quality Assurance Program (QAP)

  • Fully staffed from Wheaton Corporate Headquarters
  • National Account shipment monitoring system
  • Minimum eight follow-up calls per shipment
  • Sets up third party servicing for the agent
  • No cost to the agent
  • Prevents a problem before it becomes a problem
